In 2014 Emma’s Nike Women’s team re-launched the Bra segment and worked with innovation and science research teams at Loughborough University to create unique, ground-breaking bras for athletes including Olympic equestrians who went on to compete in Rio.
As a Partner in the Investment Group, KRBN Holdings, Emma invests and advises a number of exciting start/scale ups across the health wellness sector leveraging the power and potential of AI, and is a pioneer in the world of bio-hacking and longevity. Emma Founded Livebrave.com an anti-cancer brand and platform, and has recently published her first book: “Live Brave” to inspire cancer fighters globally.
In 2019 Emma Founded, grew then subsequently sold, LUV Wellness, a digital-first luxury beauty brand focused on community, content, and commerce, inspired by her personal battle with stage III breast cancer. Driven by a belief in holistic health, she created high-quality CBG and CBD products to support women’s well-being.
Before launching LUV Wellness, Emma spent over eight years at Nike, serving as Global Head of Strategy for Influencer Marketing signing non athletes like Drake, Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar to the brand, and spearheading Nike’s Olympics strategy for Rio 2016 ($1.9B). Emma is passionate about building businesses with and for communities, merging brand, culture, and commerce to drive impact and growth.
