If you are interested in speaking at the event we would love to hear from you - please contact [email protected]
How are you working to reduce the carbon footprint at the show?
From working with the venue, looking at ourselves and collaborating with exhibitors. But here’s the thing… Visitors’ travel is the biggest carbon emitter of each show. So we need your help. Taking the train instead of driving will reduce the emissions of your journey by around 80%. The NEC is a 5-minute walk from Birmingham International train station or 90 seconds by the free air-rail walk. If you need to drive, car share with friends and reduce your impact by 50%. There’s a great network of cycle and footpaths in the area and bike racks are near the entrance. There are also electric car charging point and more to come in the future…
Is there a cloakroom?
The NEC has a cloakroom before you enter the Show. Visitors with a VIP Ticket will have access to a VIP Cloakroom in the VIP Lounge.
Do I need to book to see a speaker?
No need to book, our speaker program is included as part of your ticket and seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Will there be food stalls?
Yes, there will be a number of NEC-managed food stalls, and some of our exhibitors will sell packaged food items too.
Are there any horses at your event?
No, this is a retail-focused event providing a great day out for horse lovers but there are no horses or demonstrations at the show.
Will I need ID?
We do not require ID to gain entry to the Show.
My question isn’t here
If you still have a question, please email us on [email protected]

Natasha Baker OBE is a Paralympic dressage rider, who competed for Great Britain at the Tokyo, Rio and London Paralympic games.
Natasha’s childhood dream of winning gold at the Paralympics became a reality when she triumphed on Cabral in front of her home crowd at the London 2012 Games. There was more glory to come as she landed an incredible second gold in the Freestyle event just 48 hours later, setting a second Paralympic record.
Her double gold achievement was recognised when she was awarded an MBE by the Queen.
The Rio 2016 Games saw Natasha cement her place as one of Britain’s finest ever Paralympians when she and Cabral retained their London golds and added an unprecedented third gold in the Team Competition.
Tokyo 2020 was Natasha’s third Paralympics however this time she was riding her new partner Keystone Dawn Chorus. After a relatively short time together they delivered and brought home gold in the Team Competition and double silver Individually.
In 2021 Natasha was recognised in the New Years Honours List and was awarded an OBE by the Princess Royal for her services to Equestrianism.
I’m Tegan Vincent-Cooke, I’m 22 years old International Para Dressage Rider for team GB and a content creator. I’m in my final year studying TV, Film and Digital Production and look forward to entering the industry but also continuing my journey as a content creator. Apart from horses I’m also passionate and an activist for disability awareness, LGBTQ & BLM.
I started riding the age of 4 through RDA, which was suggested as a form of therapy. It didn’t take me long to fall in love with the sport. It wasn’t though until the age of 21 that I was able to buy my first horse Coco, due to not coming from a horsey background and until I could support myself and the sport financially. Thankfully my whole journey to finding Coco was documented through my documentary “TEGAN” on YouTube commissioned by Netflix.
For the next year my goal is to get back competing at 3*. Also to start creating more industry standard content about equestrianism, with the possibility of a podcast.

TV Presenter and Model
After gracing the front cover of Vogue at the age of 16, Rosie worked as a top model for 10 years before turning her attentions to TV presenting in the equestrian sphere, where her real passion lies. Recently she has presented in the UK for some of the biggest names including Sky Sports Racing, Ascot, Goodwood, Cheltenham and Aintree, as well as abroad in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. She will also be presenting the main stage at this year’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations at Epsom Racecourse attended by HM The Queen, and later in the year, the Breeders Cup in Kentucky.
