I’m Tegan Vincent-Cooke, a 24-year-old International Para Dressage Rider proudly representing Jamaica, as well as a TV & Media Producer/Presenter and Content Creator. I’m passionate about sharing my perspective on life while living with Cerebral Palsy and Dystonia
I didn’t come from a horsey background, but I started riding at the age of four through Riding for the Disabled (RDA), after it was recommended as a form of physiotherapy. I quickly fell in love with the sport.
This year, Coco and I are working towards competing at the World Equestrian Games, making us the first ever Jamaican athlete to do so. At the same time, I’m also searching for a future equine partner to help me campaign towards the LA 2028 Paralympic Games. Alongside riding, I’m continuing to grow in media, presenting, and content creation — with lots of exciting opportunities and announcements ahead.
