Ros Canter MBE is one of Britain’s most accomplished event riders and recent history maker alongside her partner, Lordships Graffalo. A double Olympic gold medalist and multiple five-star winner, Ros has established herself as a dominant force of eventing.
This season, Ros and the incredible Lordships Graffalo, achieved a historic double, winning both Badminton and Burghley Horse Trials in 2025 cementing themselves among the all-time great eventing partnerships.
Ros’s breakthrough came in 2018, when she won both individual and team gold at the World Equestrian Games aboard Allstar B, a horse she co-owned with her long-time mentor Caroline Moore. That partnership laid the foundation for her rise to the top of the sport. Since then, she has achieved an Olympic gold medal, individual and team gold at the 2023 European Championships and has been World number 1 in the world on multiple occasions.
Based at her family’s farm in Lincolnshire, Ros combines elite competition with developing future talent, mentoring riders and promoting excellence in horsemanship. She was appointed an MBE in recognition of her outstanding contribution to British equestrian sport.
