I’m a happy hacking, dressage-loving, pole-popping, fun all-round rider – who may occasionally be persuaded to ‘jump’ a mini cross-pole!
Based in North Wales, I am a qualified accountant by trade, which is quite far removed from my equestrian life but sometimes comes with very comparable challenges!
I started riding at the age of 19 after an amazing experience trekking across the Canadian Rockies on holiday – it definitely give me the bug for riding and I bought my first horse shortly after.
I think owning and riding horses is full of small, proud achievements- my proudest moment was riding at the BD Team Quest regional finals with my now retired horse, Splodge.
My other horse Kay is a coloured cob mare who currently takes me hacking for miles in the beautiful Welsh countryside, as well as attending various clinics/events. Our aspiration as a team is to work through the dressage levels to see how far we can get – whilst having lots of fun along the way!
