Hello, my name is Katie and I am an equestrian campaigner. I co-founded the leash and Release campaign in 2024 and since then have been actively working to improve safety and strengthen laws surrounding dog incidents with horses. My horse Sir George lost his life following a dog attack in his field, and the campaign is his legacy. I have been riding for many years and have tried my hand at many equestrian disciplines such as dressage, show jumping, barrel racing, endurance and horse agility. I have two horses Pye and Milo and we are members of The Sherwood Outlaws Medieval performance team. You can find me at Sherwood Forest most days and at events across the UK performing as Lady Marian and my partner Rob is the infamous Robin Hood! I balance my life teaching, acting, riding and performing alongside running the Leash and Release campaign.
