Based in Shropshire Rowen Barbary Horse Feeds have been supplying quality horse feeds and supplements since 1980, and have a unique ability to control all stages of product development and supply. From designing feed formulations, running trials and sourcing ingredients Rowen Barbary are able to react quickly to customers’ demands to supply feeds and supplements at the forefront of nutritional design and implementation.

Ingredients are sourced from sustainable sources from local farms, where possible, to help reduce food miles with dietary formulations, manufacturing procedures and quality control meeting the highest UK and European Standards.

To guarantee these high standards all feeds and supplements are manufactured in our own dedicated UFAS audited mill. We monitor for the presence of naturally occurring prohibited substances (NOPS) by regularly laboratory testing raw materials and finished feeds. By adhering to these guidelines we are in line with the established BETA/UFAS NOPS guidelines and the risk of occurrence of such substances are minimised.
