As equestrian people we understand what you need when you want to build your own stabling and associated facilities for your horses.  We combine years of equestrian interest with our own horses, having competed in varying disciplines, with a dual qualification base (Chartered Town Planner,  Chartered Surveyors and Valuers) which means there is no one better to get you the relevant planning permissions for all your equestrian needs.   Our main company won Best Small Planning Consultancy (West Midlands) in 2022 at the RTPI awards as well our director winning Young Surveyor of the Year (Land) in 2019.  At The National Equine Show you can come and talk to the team about all your planning and development queries, see how we can help you and pick up one of our general advice leaflets to help you get underway on your project.  We will also be offering discounts to those who come and speak to us over the weekend on future planning instructions following the event.
