The truly special ones, define it

Until they know how much you care

If it tries to buck you off just hold on tighter

While shopping for horse stuff? That's common sense leaving the body

Liz Ormesher

Equine Show

Event Director

I'm Liz and I am the Event Director for the National Equine Show. With 20 years experience in sales, marketing and event management and being a horse owner myself I am thrilled to be able to bring my passion for horses to launching this exciting new show for the equine community. When I'm not working I can mostly be seen charging around the great outdoors with my young horse, my partner and my two young children. I also love photography and yoga and when a spare minute arises I might be seen squeezing in a run (plod) or bike ride around the country roads or even throwing a few weights around.

Lemmy Ormesher

Lemmy the horse

Chief Mascot

Flemming, fondly known as Lemmy, the lemster, LemLem, dinosaur or simply Tiny is a 17.3hh Hanoverian gelding by Flammengold out of a Glucksfall mare. Liz fell in love with him when she met him as a huge foal at foot and he came to live with her at 7 months old.

He has had a slow introduction to work whilst his human siblings are little but is coming on beautifully and at nearly 7 is definitely still growing! His hobbies include jumping trotting poles as if they were 1metre spreads and destroying buckets as often as he can.
