The Paddock Pass Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Raccoon Media Group.
2. The prize draw is open to anyone who has purchased a Paddock Pass. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Anyone who buys a Paddock Pass for the National Equine Show 2027 between 27th October 2026 and 28th February 2027 will be entered into the prize draw automatically. Entries are made in the name and email address used for the booking. Each Paddock Pass booking counts as one entry.
4. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.
5. The prize is an equestrian bundle of items worth £1,000.
6. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 8 March 2027. The winner will be contacted by email using the address they booked or entered with.
7. The winner must reply within 14 days of being contacted to claim the prize. If they do not, the Promoter may draw an alternative winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. If a booking is cancelled and the Paddock Pass purchase is fully refunded before the draw takes place, the entry linked to that booking will be removed from the prize draw. If only some of the Paddock Passes in a booking are refunded, the booking will still count as one entry. If a winner’s booking is refunded after the draw, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and draw an alternative winner.
10. By entering, entrants agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
