Horses are one of our families greatest passions. Together with my daughter Rosie we have started to build a community holding Hobby Horse events across uk.
Rosies passion has been a huge part of driving these activities forward in the Uk and with my 20 years of marketing experience we have been able to build a brand that is now recognized nationally. We have worked with some very reputable brands and been asked to appear at some amazing venues and events. LeMuiex, London International, The Pony Club, Burghley horse trials, Bolesworth International to name a few.
Rosie competes on her 13.2 pony and is a very competitive and competent rider and dreams of being a showjumper one day. However she sees how much fun children have all across the country now with their Hobby Horses and has a passion for pushing these events forward so more children can enjoy what Rosie has enjoyed alongside her own ponies since she was 4.
As a mother I will support her passion and her dream for helping even more children enjoy something that is so much fun and enjoyable for everybody involved. It has been overwhelming the amount of people we have met along the journey so far and helping and supporting not only us but all the families that are now involved in this emerging community within the UK.
I have a passion for making these events inclusive for all. We are really seeing the benefits of these events for the equestrian community and also a new community emerging , people feeling part of the equestrian world and being able to take part in events when they don’t always have a pony of their own. We see huge benefits in wellbeing and confidence for the children enjoying these activities.
We are currently enjoying making content of our events and also the people who have been a part of this journey, we will be filming for our Documentary at this year’s National Equine event and are really looking forward to catching up with everybody and hearing your views on this inclusive hobby that’s taking the UK by storm.
