My name is Shannon, I own a 13.2hh 10 year old registered traditional gypsy cob who’s name is Wesley. I adopted him from the RSPCA almost 8 years ago and in that time we have competed in showing at many levels.
He is one in a million and I broke him in and brought him on myself. He has a junior rider now who is progressing well with him.
After many struggles in my life, achieving what I have with this pony are things I could never have imagined and I count my blessings every day that we found each other.
I’ve slowed a little on the riding but I love watching him and his rider experience all of the things that I once introduced him to and seeing them grow has been the best time.
I do plan on getting back to the show ring and I am still an active part of Wesley’s career.
