Equines have been part of my life for 45+yrs and always been part of my son’s life.
We both owe them more than we can ever explain to people.
They have helped us get through some hard times in his life.
We both have an inherited health issues.
Both been been bullied but the animals have always been our support to get through.
Running the rescue charity is a lot of financial outlay and time and commitment in all weathers 24/7 365 days a year.
We have gained a vast amount of fantastic life experiences and earned a living from the ponies and other animals and we have also gone through a massive amount of heartache and financially lived on the edge to provide for them.
But what you may not get back in finances you get back multiple times in the love they give us and other people.
But we have always come through the other end fighting.
It amazes me how much love a animal can give even though it has had a bad past.
