Jess and Dylan are a mum and son team who use social media to create awareness and inspire others whilst sharing Dylan’s cancer journey.
Dylan is a 7 year who unfortunately in 2022 was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer, Ewings sarcoma. He endures treatment that would put most grown adults on their knees however he bounces around with a smile on his face no matter what!
Jess and Dylan’s saving grace is their four horses who quite literally keep them going!!
Before Dylan got poorly he and Jess where out competing every weekend however life is now very different for them but they make the most of the hospital free time they have cramming fun in wherever and whenever they can!
