We believe in fairness, equity and above all values diversity in all dealings with our stakeholders, partners and employees
We aim to provide an accessible event, delivered in a way that respects the needs of each individual and does not exclude anyone because we are committed to eliminating discrimination on the basis of gender, age, disability, race, religion, sexuality or social class. By demonstrating these beliefs in everything we do, we'll build an event for the quine community that is rich, diverse and reflective of our beautiful sport and all its participants.
We understand that equality is not about treating everyone the same, it is about ensuring that access to opportunities are available to all by taking account of people’s differing needs and capabilities. And we know diversity is about recognising and valuing differences through inclusion, regardless of age, disability, gender, racial origin, religion, belief, sexual orientation, commitments outside work, language, perspectives, opinions and person values.
The National Equine Show is working with all of its partners to work towards developing a show that is fully representative of the equine community it serves. We're also opening up an Ambassador programme that is open to all regardless of status or social media following, read about our Ambassador programme here
